Knowledge Mobilization

Full-Service Podcast Production

Good research and strong programs don't create impact on their own — they need to reach the people who can use them, in a form they'll actually engage with.

I offer podcast production services from concept through to publication. Every project is different, so services are available individually or as a full end-to-end package — pick what you need:

  • Concept development — defining the show's purpose, audience, and format

  • Script and narrative development — structuring episodes and editing for a listening audience, so complex material lands clearly

  • Podcast art — cover and episode art that fits the show's identity

  • Theme music — original or curated music to open and close the show

  • Recording — interviews, direction, and studio or remote recording

  • Editing — shaping raw recordings into a polished final episode

  • Publishing — distribution to major podcast platforms

  • Release strategy and marketing recommendations — guidance on launch timing, cadence, and how to build an audience once episodes are live

This is knowledge mobilization in practice: taking research, expertise, or program insight and turning it into something people actually consume — not a report that sits on a shelf.

Who is this for?

Experts, scholars and researchers who need a knowledge mobilization plan or component for a grant application, as well as any organization looking to share expertise through podcast or video content.

Proof of Concept: Coaching Research to Results

Coaching Research to Results is coach developer Beth Barz's podcast — I provide the production support behind it, including reviewing scripts, providing notes, recording, editing, and advice on how best to publish the podcast. It's a working example of full-service podcast production in action: I support Beth's expertise in coaching research and help her publish practical, usable episodes for coach developers and practitioners.

The podcast reached 2,000 downloads within its first six months — strong early traction for a practitioner-focused show.
