That range is the foundation of RETCS. At the organizational level, Anne has examined the strategic implications of training and education decisions. At the program level, she has designed and delivered curriculum and learning activities — in person, hybrid, and at a distance — with a sharp focus on outcomes.

Anne pairs that consulting background with a producer's skill for multimedia. She has developed podcasts and video content for a range of clients, including Coaching Research to Results and the limited-series podcast Leadership Beyond the Trenches, which explores Canadian military leadership at the institutional level.

Anne is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, exploring "Digital Wisdom" at the intersection of digital technology, judgment, and military leader development. She has presented at international conferences on professional development, command, trust, and decision-making. She continues to engage with students in post-secondary classrooms and is a frequent public speaker on topics including the use of AI in the classroom and leader character development. Anne also draws on her experience as one of the first women to serve in the Royal Canadian Artillery over a 28-year career as a Canadian Armed Forces officer.
