Program Review, Modernization, and Curriculum Design

Organizations often know something isn't working in their education or training programs — but not exactly what, or how to fix it without disrupting what already works.

With over 15 years of experience in the workplace and post-secondary education and training sector, I've worked at the organizational level — examining the strategic implications of training and education decisions — and at the program level, designing the details of what gets taught and how. I've also delivered what I design, across in-person, hybrid, and distance learning formats. That range means the plans I build account for both the strategic picture and the practical realities of running a program.

What this includes:

  • Needs assessment and analysis — a clear picture of where a program stands and what's driving the gaps, from strategic intent down to program design

  • Systems-based program review — evaluating how a program's parts (structure, delivery, outcomes) work together, not just in isolation

  • Program and curriculum design — building or restructuring curriculum to meet current and future needs, across in-person, hybrid, and distance formats

  • Modernization plans — not just recommendations, but plans your team can actually put into action

  • Competency-based education frameworks — aligning programs to real, demonstrable outcomes

Who this is for?

Organizations looking to review, modernize, or design education and training programs — particularly where the challenge spans both strategic direction and program-level delivery, and where competency-based outcomes matter.

Backed by graduate credentials in adult education, defence studies, and business administration, along with a certification as a Leader Character Practitioner.
